Luxurious, highly equipped, entertaining gem. This property was amazing. 16 of us stayed here for my bachelor party. There was more than enough space for all of us. Everything was clean and all of the electronics worked perfectly. The house looks 10x better in person than it does in pictures. The pictures truly do not do it justice. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone staying in Miami with a large group.

I cannot even describe in words how the owner, his family, and this house EXCEEDED my expectations. First, the house itself is amazing. The rooms are so spacious and beautifully decorated, as well as big open space in the kitchen, living room and outside patio. The outdoor area is such an amazing place to host guests and every single one of mine were in awe about how spectacular this house was in every aspect. John and his wife were so very wonderful to us and made our stay so pleasant and RELAXING! I want to rent this house again and again- it was the best experience!

The home lived up to the allure of the shared pictures and the Hosts were event better! Will definitely revisit, and highly recommend this Space!

This house was perfection. We planned our best friend’s bachelorette weekend and truly felt like this house was built to accommodate any need we had. Extremely clean and spacious. The property managers were responsive and beyond helpful while planning the trip and while we were there. Thank you for the best Miami Weekend!!!

The property is fantastic - pictures don't do it justice. Stayed with 10 friends for a bachelor party, and had an amazing time. John was an A++ host - super responsive, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.

This was literally one of the best vacation home rentals to date we have ever stayed at for our business retreat. Tabitha and John along with their property manager and housekeeping were more than accommodating and understanding. This will definitely not be our last time booking this home. It literally was perfect in every way and will forever be apart of our company history and culture since this is where we first had our company retreat.

This home is beautiful and very accommodating. The extras that you can add on to your stay were great as well. We added a private yacht party and a private dinner on to your stay. All of the rooms were adequately laid out and all of the common space is very functional. The outdoor area was very spacious not to mention the hot tub and pool. Because the home is right on the water we even had the opportunity to catch and eat some pretty tasty fish right of the dock. Besides all of these amazing things, the owner John is one pretty cool guy. He was very welcoming and flexible to help meet our needs. He and his wife prepared our private dinner and it was delicious, the chef’s kitchen on the property was a chef’s dream! If you are looking for a place to vacay in North Miami, treat yourself to this property, it will not let you down!  

John and the care takers were fantastic to communicate and work with. Very welcoming experience and the house and property were top notch! Our group of 14 guys had a great time and would certainly stay here again!
